Dear Fundraiser:

Raising funds that allow your organization to operate comfortably is a continual challenge. Every month, Quick Quack® Express Car Wash is approached by organizations seeking contributions to support their financial needs. We are proud to assist many of those organizations; however, we believe our fundraising program can help even more.

We created a program that can ease your financial dilemma, assist your organization in raising money, and provide the community with a service they can use and appreciate. Our experience is the general public prefers this method of fundraising as opposed to asking for cash contributions or selling a product that consumers will not use. And here's the best part....your organization keeps 50 percent of the total funds collected!

We hope you will consider our program as a future fundraising activity. We at Quick Quack® Express Car Wash want to work with you to help your organization achieve its goals. Here's how the process works!
  1. Choose a date to begin the fundraising program.
  2. Decide how many debit cards your organization can sell. We have found, on average, each person can easily sell five (5) and more likely ten (10) cards each. If your organization is ambitious and think they can sell more, please order additional cards. Each card has a value of $10. And your organization sells them to the consumer for $10 so the consumer gets every penny of what they pay for. The best part is your organization keeps 50% of the profit-that is phenomenal!!
    Example:
    20 people selling 5 debit cards = 100 debit cards to be ordered.
    100 cards sold at $10=$1,000 x 50% profit=$500 for your organization.
  3. Call Quick Quack® two weeks in advance with your order and receive a pick-up and tour date.
  4. Arrange for as many people as possible involved in selling the debit cards to attend the tour. Everyone who attends will receive a complimentary car wash after the tour.
  5. Call Quick Quack® to make final arrangements for your scheduled tour and let us know how many people/cars will be attending.
  6. Come and enjoy the tour, pick up your cards, and sign a simple contract.
  7. GET BUSY - SELL OUR CARDS AND MAKE SOME MONEY!!!!!!
Quick Quack® requires each and every organization to participate in the tour... even if your organization has participated in the program and tour before. Many things can change. Equipment is serviced and upgraded regularly, new products and services are added or improved, etc.

Your members are representing our company along with your organization. We believe fundraising sales will be higher and more successful because of the tours. The better each individual understands our operation, the easier it will be to sell, which will result in greater
