Quick Quack Car Wash always welcomes opportunities to assist local groups and charities in their fundraising efforts. The following are a few programs that we have developed for this purpose. We are also always interested in exploring additional ideas that you may have.

2. Sell Car Wash Vouchers or "Tickets" :: Learn More or Get Started
3. Raffle, Auction and/or Door Prizes :: Learn More or Get Started
   Quick Quack Car Wash is always willing to donate Car Wash Vouchers, Wash Cards and/or Gift Bags to be used as prizes or auction items for fundraising events.
4. A Day at the Car Wash :: Learn More or Get Started
   Quick Quack assumes the following responsibility:
   • Quick Quack agrees to advance the Organization a certain number of single car wash vouchers at a time, with a retail value of $5.99 each.
   • Quick Quack agrees to give the Organization credit for all upgrades during the fundraising hours stated above according to the following:
   • Quick Quack agrees to give the Organization $4.00 per car for every customer that upgrades from the $5.99 (Basic Wash) price to the Best Wash during that time.
   • Quick Quack agrees to label each voucher with the Organization's name or other designation.
   • Quick Quack will collect the vouchers and invoice the Organization $4.99 at the end of the month for each of those vouchers that are actually redeemed. If more than 200 vouchers are redeemed in one month, the Organization will only be invoiced $3.99 per redeemed voucher. The Organization can return any unsold vouchers at any time without being charged.
   The Organization assumes the following responsibility:
   • The Organization will advertise/announce the date and time in advance and encourage participation.
   • The Organization will decorate location with balloons.
   • On the predetermined day, the Organization will be present at the car wash holding signs and encouraging sales, while wearing uniforms that identifies theOrganization.
   • The Organization will only receive credit for hours where participants are actively engaged in promotional activities on site at the car wash.
   • The Organization will visually be encouraging customers to "upgrade their wash for a good cause".
   • The Organization will allow Quick Quack staff to handle all direct interaction with the customers.
   • The Organization will provide handouts with information about the purpose of the fundraiser and clearly state the purpose for which the funds will be used. This will be handed out by Quick Quack employees upon customer request. This is not an appropriate time to promote your group, you are simply raising funds.
   • The Organization will provide free entertainment or music.
   • The Organization will sell each voucher for any amount that is determined necessary in order to meet the fundraising goal.
   • The Organization will bring plenty of water as well as any food or snacks you might need.
   • The Organization assumes no liability for the possible damage of any car’s exterior or interior.
