*With automatic payment, your initial payment will be for the full amount. A credit for the difference will be issued when the Application and Payment Authorization is processed. The application must be given to a Quick Quack employee or deposited in the yellow “Comments Box” for your Unlimited Washes to be activated.

Commonly Asked Questions How does it work? Unlimited Wash Members will be charged one flat fee each month and receive an unlimited amount the washes of their choice. Both the “Express Wash” and ”Ultimate Wash” are available. If the “Express Wash” is chosen, customers may pay the difference to upgrade another package wash at the time of visiting the wash location. How much does it cost? Unlimited Wash Members will have the option of being charged $15.95 per month per vehicle for the “Express Wash” and $39.95 per vehicle for “Ultimate Wash”. Upgrades in packages for individual services are available at the time of visiting the wash location. Additional vehicles may be added for the same amount. Why am I only able to wash once per day? Quick Quack strives to be the best. We expect our wash to give you the satisfaction of extremely clean, dry car on the first wash. Should our wash not live up to our standards, we will gladly rewash your vehicle. We do ask you to sign a form showing you received a second wash. This allows us to improve the areas that were not to your satisfaction. What if I change vechicles? Should you sell or trade your vechicle and wish to transfer the Quacks Unlimited to your new vehicle, simply call our office at 806-372-2222 x 108 and we will take care of the rest. We may ask you to verify some information on the enrollment form. We apologize, but the wash locations are not able to transfer vehicles at this time. How do you know which vehicle I paid for? The unlimited washes are registered to only one vehicle of the Member’s choice. This vehicle will be registered by the license plate number on the vehicle. The plate number will be entered upon approaching the Service Advisor.* Our integrated computer system will pull up the information on the registered license plate alerting the Service Advisor you are an Unlimited Wash Member. *Some locations may have slightly different procedures depending on site layout. Can I use this at any Quick Quack location? Yes, Quick Quack’s integrated computer system keeps all your information continually updated to all Quick Quacks. How do I join? complete the application and submit it at any Quick Quack Express Car Wash location in Amarillo, Lubbock or Colorado Springs. To activate your membership simply go to any Quick Quack with your application and the vehicle you wish to register and our Service Advisor will do the rest. How do I pay for this program? At the time of completing the application please advise the term of the program you wish to join. You can join for a single month or join for an unspecified time by Quick Quack automatically charging your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or checking account one week prior to the beginning of your next term. If signing up for the Automatic payment program, a credit will be issued from our corporate office for the first month. future months will be billed at the lower amount. Why don’t I get the lower price when I sign up at the washes? A credit will be issued from our Corporate Office once the automatic payment authorization is entered into our system. this will normally take 1 – 2 weeks. future charges will be for the reduced amount. How can Quick Quack give Unlimited Washes? The cleaner the car, the happier you are with Quick Quack and your vehicle. But for us, a cleaner car is easier to keep clean. The more often you bring your car to Quick Quack the easier it is for our employees, chemicals and equipment to maintain your vehicle to our and your high standards. How can give the Quacks Unlimited as a Gift? Simply go to any Quick Quack Express Car Wash location. You may purchase a Quick Quack Gift Card for the package you wish. Give your loved one the gift card and enrollment application. Whenever they are ready to begin their unlimited washes, they can bring the gift card and enrollment application to the wash.
