THIS LOCATION USES AUTOMATED LICENSE PLATE RECOGNITION (ALPR) CAMERAS AND SECURITY CAMERAS.

QUICK QUACK COLLECTS YOUR LICENSE PLATE AND OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION WHEN YOUR VEHICLE ENTERS THE PREMISES AND YOU USE OUR CAR WASH SERVICES.

Collection

We collect personal information at our Quick Quack locations through: license plate recognition or similar vehicle identification technology, which may be used as an Access Credential (as defined in our Terms of Service Agreement); security cameras; point of sale systems; and interactions with our attendants at our Quick Quack locations.

Why We Collect It

We collect the information to verify membership status and provide the washes ("Services") you have purchased, to process payment and prevent fraud or unauthorized use of memberships.

Sharing

License plate information collected through ALPRs is processed in accordance with our ALPR Privacy Notice (available at https://www.quickquack.com/alpr-privacy-notice/) and it is not sold or shared with third parties except for service providers and affiliates in the performance of the Services.

Retention
