How We Process Your Request.

We do not require you to verify your identity to submit these requests. We will process your request within 15 business days of receipt and, where required by law, notify third parties to whom we have sold or shared your personal information. We may contact you only if we need additional information to effectuate your request, or if we have a good-faith, reasonable, and documented belief that a request is fraudulent, in which case we will explain why. We will wait at least 12 months before asking you to opt back in to the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Authorized Agents.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out or limit request on your behalf. We may require reasonable proof that the agent has been authorized to act on your behalf, such as signed permission from you.

Non-Discrimination.
