Yes. Our Unlimited Membership lets you wash as often as you like for one flat monthly price, on any of our three wash packages (Good, Lucky Duck, or Ceramic Duck). Sign up online, in the myQQ app, or at this location. You can add up to 4 vehicles to a single plan.
Can I use my membership at other locations? +
Yes. Your Quick Quack Unlimited Membership works at every Quick Quack location nationwide, not just this one. Your vehicle is identified by license plate, so you can wash wherever is convenient.
Are vacuums free? +
Free self-serve vacuums and air tools are available at most locations for every customer, whether you're a member or a one-time visitor.
What are your hours? +
Most Quick Quack locations are open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.; hours may vary slightly by store and holidays.
What wash packages are available here? +
This location offers three wash packages: Good (essential foam wash and dry), Lucky Duck (adds triple foam, rain repellent, and wheel bright), and Ceramic Duck (premium ceramic coating for maximum shine and protection). Wash a la carte or through an Unlimited Membership.
How do I cancel or manage membership? +
Manage your plan anytime in myQQ under Account > Settings, including upgrades, downgrades, and adding vehicles. To cancel, select "Cancel Your Membership" in myQQ or call 888-772-2792. You'll stay active through the end of your current billing period.
Can I bring an oversized vehicle? +
Most vehicles are welcome as long as they're under 7'2" tall with tires no wider than 13.5". Dually trucks, vehicles with bike/ski/kayak racks, non-standard hitches, and trucks with items in the bed typically can't go through. A team member can inspect your vehicle on-site if you're unsure.
What happens in bad weather? +
We stay open rain or shine and only close if conditions become unsafe. If it rains within 48 hours of your wash, bring your car back for a free rewash; no receipt needed. Unlimited Members never have to worry, since they can wash as often as they like.
